We are currently looking for a Consultant and Senior Consultant to join our growing team

We have an opportunity for a Consultant and Senior Consultant to join our small team of researchers and engagement specialists. Our team is growing its work in the field of community cohesion and public engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the cutting edge of work in this area.
About the Consultant role (£21,000 – £25,000)
Our Consultants are responsible for managing projects and research teams; designing, delivering and analysing quantitative and qualitative research and engagement; as well as managing client relationships.
This role is challenging but provides an opportunity to develop a wide-range of skills.
About the Senior Consultant role (£26,000 – £35,000)
Our Senior Consultants manage projects in the fields of engagement, research and communications, and provide specialist expertise to our clients. This role requires managing client relationships and teams as well as providing lead facilitation on public facing work including focus groups and community engagement events.
You will have an important role in TCC’s small team, with opportunities to play a central role in developing the business and innovating.
The ideal candidates
The ideal candidates for both of these roles are likely to have previously worked in a research, politics, engagement or communications role and will be self-motivated, proactive, creative, a problem-solver and great at managing deadlines and changing priorities.
You will be curious about how communities work, what drives perceptions and behaviours, and how engagement around policy issues can affect positive change.
You will need to be prepared to work hard and learn fast across a range of areas and be happy to work both independently and as part of a team.
In addition, the Senior Consultant will have an aptitude for public-facing work, with a flair for communicating with the public in politically sensitive environments.
These roles are challenging, requiring exceptionally high standards to help the business grow and deliver pro-social change.
Both roles are offered as an initial twelve-month contract with potential for them to be made permanent.
