NHS Nottinghamshire County – communications and engagement audit
NHS Nottinghamshire County commissioned The Campaign Company to undertake an exercise to gather the perceptions of patients, public, staff, stakeholders and key opinion formers which provided an assessment of where the PCT was in its journey to becoming a World Class Commissioner, as well as informing the future communications and engagement programme. This project also included communications benchmarking research, as a result of which the communications team have made several changes to their internal communications.
NHS Nottinghamshire County are now working to put in place a number of the recommendations made as part of this work – including the launch of a major brand narrative exercise, developing a membership scheme, and a public and patient survey mechanism.
