We have worked with Papworth Hospital throughout and since its application process for foundation trust status, helping recruit and retain a balanced and representative membership of 4,000 people. We have also provided bespoke training for its new governors.

People’s History Museum
We work with the museum to improve its profile with key stakeholders in government and beyond. We have helped to implement a relationship management and communications campaign that has succeeded in significantly improving the museum’s profile with key stakeholders. This work included organising a reception hosted by the chancellor at number 11 Downing Street.

Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Trust
We have supported the trust with its NHS foundation trust application by running targeted communication campaigns to recruit 8,000 members.

Rotherham General Hospitals NHS Trust
We undertook a systematic and rigorously targeted recruitment drive, to help the trust redress imbalances in the profile of its membership. This included recruiting 2,000 new members.

Royal Berkshire Hospitals NHS Trust
We have supported the trust with its NHS foundation trust application by running targeted campaigns to recruit 5,000 members. We have also assisted the trust in identifying governor candidates, ensuring a successful by-election in one difficult-to-reach constituency, and raising election awareness amongst members.

Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust
We have supported the trust with its NHS foundation trust application by running targeted campaigns to recruit 7,630 new members.

Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
We have supported the trust with its NHS foundation trust application by running targeted campaigns to recruit 1,600 new members.

Royal College of Midwives (RCM)
The RCM commissioned us to create awareness among midwifery students of their campaign to institute a non-means tested bursary of £10,000 for all midwifery students. This work included research, developing campaign messages and developing campaign tools.
