Kirklees - Adult social care
We are currently working with Kirklees Borough Council to deliver an ambitious market development programme for Adult Social Care services (based on stimulating the take up of personalised budgets and the creation of micro businesses to meet the demand). The project also involves establishing and successfully marketing a ‘hub’ social enterprise to act as a broker for ASC services within the borough. The initial stage of the project is a detailed stakeholder mapping exercise that feeds into to a coherent communications strategy for the project.
As part of the brief we will be engaging in a branding exercise, establishing a web presence for the ‘hub’ and engaging with service users and the wider community to promote the project. Our communication plan involves a comprehensive set of press and promotional activities that support the projects core aims.
