Usdaw - Incorporating e-campaigning

TCC were commissioned by Usdaw (Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers) to develop e-campaigning within the Union.  This has included a combination of training and development to ensure a sustainable legacy; a pilot programme is about to start with the intention that learning can be mainstreamed into the organisation.

We are about to trial a variety of social media tools, including facebook, Twitter, YouTube, email and SMS.
