Capture Patient Experience

TCC’s Capture Patient Experience services provide an innovative range of tools to support NHS organisations understand their patients experiences as they pass through their care journey. These are combined with a deep understanding of how to engage with different types of patients including those from hard to reach groups.

When it comes to data capture processes we are very much platform neutral. We will use the process that best can capture the right data in a way that supports the full participation of patients. Different situations will require individual approaches that need be thought out.

These tools range from those where technology is a key enabler such as our Interactive Voice Messaging service or hand held platforms through to those which are more direct such as patient interviews or narrative capture techniques.

Our tools go well beyond simply capturing patient satisfaction and can help NHS bodies understand how someone’s experience of health-care can relate to their underlining history, behaviour and values.   This allows a patient centric approach to service design.

Our interpretation of the data includes all the elements that shape experience.  We consider and measure patient expectations, human interactions and clinical outcomes to generate a comprehensive and fluid portrayal of patient experience.
