Youth representation
Young people are often left out of the political process. However, gaining their trust and loyalty will pay dividends over a lifetime. Our successful track record in this field has taught us that organisations need to think creatively and broadly – as illustrated by our wide range of projects and products. We are particularly proud of our work developing and delivering the highly successful Young Mayor model which is increasingly becoming the standard for engaging young people with local political process.
Our work in this area is built around our strong and diverse team, who bring a variety of communication, engagement and technical skills to our projects. You can be rest assured that all our staff have been CRB checked and approved.
We also have extensive experience of designing and implementing Youth Opportunity Fund models – an area due to receive £115 million over the next two years.

"In my experience it is impossible to envisage the success, both locally and nationally, of young mayor initiatives without acknowledging the central role of The Campaign Company. Their knowledge, skills, experience, and practical engagement alongside political and policy understanding have been at the centre of our partnership working at local, Lewisham, regional, London and National levels. This has been clearly demonstrated via their work with the Lewisham Young Mayor Scheme, The Young Mayor Network and the rolling out of Democratic Engagement Activities at a National level. The Company's ability to work across the political/policy nexus both with young people and adults is second to none, particularly when it is matched by their profound ability and expertise around hands on practical engagement from group work with young people, liaison with officers and elected members, to organising elections, campaigns and training. Thus, I have no hesitation in commending their work, commitment and enthusiasm, whilst recognising their unique contribution to democratic Engagement with young people and their communities".
