TCC Foundation Trust Membership Recruitment
TCC have to date worked successfully with over 60 NHS Trusts (including acute, mental health and specialist Trusts) in their applications for Foundation Trust status and, once their applications have been authorised, with their ongoing development. We have recruited around 200,000 members throughout England.
Through working with more Trusts, staff and members of the public than any other practitioner in this field, we have gained a thorough understanding of the fabric of these new membership communities, and of the issues they must embrace. We have first-hand knowledge of the approaches taken by Trusts to adapt and develop in order to meet established targets and criteria, and have worked with them to achieve these.
We offer a range of innovative methods and techniques for membership recruitment, including, face to face recruitment, network driven approaches, web-based solutions (including Web 2.0), recruitment at consultation and other events, working with community based and voluntary organisations, 'member get member' campaigns, telephone recruitment (including incorporating attitudinal surveys) and more.
