VideoQube at Newham Funday
On Wednesday 19th August the VideoQube made its latest outing at a hot and sunny Beckton District Park in the London Docklands.
As part of Playday celebrations, Newham Council held a Funday of activities and entertainment for all the family. Alongside the VideoQube there were lots of inflatable rides and slides, music sessions, football and netball competitions. Harry Potter even found time to come down from Hogwarts for the day!In the VideoQube we spoke to (and videoed) children and parents about playtime and asked them how the council should invest the funding which has recently been made available for twenty new play spaces in the borough. The weather was sweltering but the response was fantastic so thanks to all who gave us their views!
The VideoQube is TCC's lightweight video booth that allows people to record their views in a fun and engaging way.
