TCC in Estonia
Matthew Upton, TCC's director of youth, is speaking at the EPACE conference in Estonia this week. EPACE - 'exchanging good practice on the promotion of active citizenship in the EU' - aims to share ideas about democracy and engagement and foster closer relationships between EU nations.The conference is taking place over two days in Tallinn, with invited speakers from across Europe and the USA. As an expert in working with young people, Matthew will be speaking on youth engagement in the British context.
