Cohesion and communications
TCC's work on public sector communications, emotional intelligence and community cohesion was presented to a major conference last week.
Delegates at the Australia and New Zealand Marketing Academy Conference 2009 heard papers from TCC's associates at Brighton University, Julie Fowlie and Matthew Wood on 'Effective public sector communications: myths and narratives in a London borough' and 'Social marketing through emotional connections: "myth busting" in a London borough'. Both papers relate TCC's insight and staff training work in Barking and Dagenham. The Australia and New Zealand Marketing Academy Conference is an international annual conference, held in Melbourne and attended by more than 600 delegates.
